Ms. Troeschel joined Love Funding in 2007 as Vice President — Deputy Chief Underwriter. She carries more than three decades of experience in the mortgage and banking industry.
Prior to joining Love Funding, Ms. Troeschel worked as FHA Team Leader with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage where was responsible for reviewing all FHA multifamily loans and the training and managing of analysts and underwriters.
Ms. Troeschel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bowie State University. She is actively involved in the community, volunteering with the Girl Scouts for the past 26 years. She served on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital and currently chairs a committee that focuses on inclusion.
