Adrian Hartman is a director in Love Funding’s St. Louis office. Mr. Hartman has most recently served as vice president – senior underwriter and has offered his underwriting strength to the department since joining the company in January 2006. In an underwriting capacity Mr. Hartman has closed over 30 multifamily and healthcare transactions with loan proceeds exceeding $200 million. He has served on numerous loan committees, acted as mentor to underwriters and assisted in expanding the depth of the underwriting team. Mr. Hartman was MAP Multifamily approved in April 2010 and has prepared several 223(f), 202/223(f), 223(a)(7), 220 and 221(d)(4) applications that have reached final endorsement. His healthcare experience meets the requirements for LEAN 232 Underwriter approval based on his significant experience underwriting skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care facilities. Mr. Hartman is a recipient of LFC’s Best Service Award for his superior service and excellent overall performance.
Mr. Hartman graduated Cum Laude from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a dual major in finance, banking & real estate in 2001. Prior to joining Love Funding he served as a transaction manager for one of the nation’s largest real estate firms. While there, he helped to accomplish the largest retail real estate expansion to date through site selection, lease negotiation and construction oversight.
