Harry Cheatham

Mr. Cheatham is a senior director and is based in St. Louis. He joined Love Funding in 1994 and has held various positions within the company, including President & CEO from 1999 to 2007. Prior to that, he was the director of commercial originations and a regional manager.

For over forty years, Mr. Cheatham has been involved in the commercial/multifamily real estate investment industry with a primary focus on mortgage banking. His experience includes portfolio lending and asset management with a life insurance company, commercial lending manager at a commercial bank, and investment real estate syndication. Mr. Cheatham has held licenses as a state certified real estate appraiser and a real estate broker.

Mr. Cheatham has been a HUD MAP approved underwriter for both multifamily and healthcare. He currently focuses on origination of acquisition, refinance, and new construction loans for multifamily, senior housing, and healthcare facilities throughout the country. He is an expert across all property types and uses, as well as new construction.

He holds a degree in finance, banking & real estate from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He serves on the board of directors of the St. Louis Gymnastics Centre and was formerly board chair for St. Andrew Resources for Seniors.
