Robyn Cunningham

Ms. Cunningham joined the Love Companies in 1981 and has worked in many capacities within the Love family. She originally worked for Love Real Estate, then Love Management, and currently is a member of the Love Funding team where she holds the position of senior director. In this capacity, she is responsible for loan origination.

Robyn brings more than 30 years of Real Estate experience to her position in the mortgage banking industry. Over the course of her career with Love Funding, she has originated, underwritten and closed numerous FHA, FHLMC, FNMA and Wall Street transactions.

Robyn is a member of several organizations including the Mortgage Bankers Association, National Apartment Association, BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) NIC (National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry), AAHSA (American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging) and the Missouri Growth Association, to name a few. She also serves as the Secretary for the Midwest Lenders Association for the past seven years.

Robyn holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Southwestern Illinois College and attended Southern Illinois University — Edwardsville.
