Artin Anvar

Mr. Anvar joined Love Funding in 2005 as an investment associate where he was instrumental in placing over $225 million of debt and equity for multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and senior housing and healthcare properties throughout the country. In 2008, he was promoted to vice president - loan originator with Love Funding’s Washington D.C. office. In this capacity, he is responsible for placing a wide range of real estate debt, equity and structured finance products.

Mr. Anvar has nearly 10 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including finance, capital markets and development. Prior to joining Love Funding, he worked at Trammell Crow Company as an MBA Associate, where he was in charge of financial analysis for the commercial real estate sector. His previous experience also includes serving as an analyst at Morgan Stanley and as a senior institutional trader at Charles Schwab. During his time with Charles Schwab, Mr. Anvar was the primary trading and prime broker contact for ten high net worth investment managers with over $16 billion in assets.

Although he currently resides in Washington D.C., Mr. Anvar raised in Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and earned his MBA from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute and holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
