Ms. Zdenek joined Love Funding’s Dallas office in 2008 as Vice President Ð Loan Originator. In this capacity, she is responsible for commercial loan origination.

Ms. Zdenek has more than 10 years experience in the financial real estate industry. Prior to joining Love Funding, she spent five years working for Washington Mutual, where she was responsible for funding approximately $50 million in apartment loans over a 10-month period as a senior loan consultant and was also recognized as the top producing underwriter for the region. Ms. Zdenek’s previous background experience also includes serving as an underwriter and vice president with KeyBank, where she underwrote, closed and monitored more than $300 million in loans.

Ms. Zdenek received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University with a double major in finance and international business. She also holds a Texas Real Estate License.
