Mr. Steffen joined Love Funding’s Atlanta office in 2001. As First Vice President — Senior Loan Originator, he is responsible for loan origination. He has been in the multifamily financing business for over 25 years, specializing in FHA new construction and rehab loans. The average loan he closes is more than $20 million, and he covers projects throughout the U.S.

Mr. Steffen was a featured speaker on the Crittenden Meet the Lenders conferences for over 5 years. He presently serves on the board of the Southeast Mortgage Advisory Council and was one of the founding members.
