Karen Lowery Ford

Ms. Ford joined Love Funding’s Washington D.C. office in 1992 as a vice president. She currently serves on Love’s Executive Management Committee and holds the position of senior vice president. In this capacity, she is responsible for all multifamily and healthcare FHA loan closings from commitment stage through closing, and overseeing loan servicing and asset management of all portfolios. She is also responsible for corporate cash management and all other administrative functions for all 14 offices.

Ms. Ford’s experience stems from over 25 years in the financial industry; fifteen of those years have been spent with Love Funding. Over the course of her career, Ms. Ford has managed various loan portfolios and has implemented plans to resolve troubled loans.

Ms. Ford received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida State University in 1982.
