Mr. Kirtland joined LFC Securities, Love Funding’s FINRA-registered broker dealer subsidiary, in late 2006 as a director of investment banking. In this capacity, he is responsible for commercial loan origination.

Mr. Kirtland has more than 30 years experience in real estate construction, development, finance and capital markets. Most recently, he served as a regional manager for a national bank headquartered in Minnesota, where he was responsible for managing a large commercial real estate division. His experience also includes working as a financial executive and a national manager while employed at two well-known banks in Chicago and Cleveland.

Mr. Kirtland’s background in capital raising, joint ventures, asset acquisition and disposition, in addition to many years of debt origination, rounds out Love’s full range of products and allows us to offer commercial real estate clients a financing package that includes an array of traditional loan products, capital market products, and advisory services.

Mr. Kirtland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia. He is a member of several organizations including serving as a board member to University Circle, Inc. and Greater Cleveland Boy Scouts of America. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, and the Association for Corporate Growth. He holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
