Mr. McGovern joined Love Funding in 2004 as Director of Affordable Housing and is also the President of LFC Securities, LLC. Mr. McGovern has over 25 years of housing finance experience on projects throughout the U.S. His background includes acting as banker for tax-exempt bond financings for senior housing, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. He also previously acted as an underwriter of historic and low-income housing tax credits for the National Equity Fund. His primary responsibility is to coordinate the affordable housing efforts at Love Funding and originate tax-exempt bond financings.

Mr. McGovern holds Series 7, 63 and 53 registrations. He has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Kristin Voinovich

Ms. Voinovich joined Love Funding’s developing Affordable Housing practice in 2007 as Managing Director of LFC Securities, LLC. In this capacity, she is responsible for providing expertise to developers in structuring multi-faceted financings that meet the unique needs of low-income housing and senior projects.

Ms. Voinovich’s background includes almost two decades of experience with a wide range of capital markets transactions, including public and private placement of equity and debt and asset securitization transactions. Most recently, she worked in the Public Finance Group at NatCity Investments, where she focused primarily on tax-exempt bond underwritings for economic development projects.

Ms. Voinovich holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University. She also holds Series 53, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
