Mr. Armstrong joined Love Funding in 2000. As First Vice President, he originates loans nationwide from his base in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia office. He has over 40 years experience in income property debt and equity placements, working with mortgage banking firms and commercial brokerage operations.

Prior to joining Love Funding, Mr. Armstrong served as president of the Mortgage Division of Interbank/Brener Hospitality, one of the largest hotel sales and financing companies in the United States. He has specialized in financing for hospitality properties since the 1980’s, as well as securing financing for other property types, including apartments and condos. He is a nationally recognized speaker on the subject of hotel financing.
