Ron Davis

Mr. Davis joined Love Funding in 2006 and currently serves as Vice President — Loan Originator with Love Funding’s Dallas office. In this capacity, he is responsible for loan origination.

With more than 16 years experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Davis’ diverse background includes appraisal, mortgage banking and development. Prior to joining Love Funding, he served as vice president of finance for a Dallas-based international development firm with responsibilities that included securing financing for the company’s projects. Prior to development, Mr. Davis worked for one of the largest financial intermediaries in the nation, and was actively involved in the placement of debt and equity on all property types with an emphasis on hospitality. Having worked on the placement of more than $1.25 billion of commercial loans in his career, Mr. Davis has a proven track record in commercial real estate finance.
